Oral presentations: 20 min + 5 min Q&A

Allowed formats: Powerpoint (pptx) and Portable document format (pdf)

To ensure the smooth progression of the conference sessions, participants are requested to submit their presentation files. Submission via email to by Monday, 19 May 2025, is the preferred method. Alternatively, presentations must be submitted on a USB drive to the designated computer in the conference lecture hall no later than one day prior to your scheduled presentation time. Please inform us in advance should your presentation require specific technical arrangements (e.g., audio playback, embedded video).

The poster display panels that will be available for poster presentations at the conference measure 1000 × 2000 mm, i.e. width x height (see image below), but not all of this area is available for your poster.

The maximum recommended size/format is the A0 print format, i.e. 841 × 1189 mm (width × height). Please consider using the recommended format, although you can also choose any other size (up to a maximum size of 900 x 1700 mm). In any case, your poster must be oriented vertically (portrait).
